What you will do

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for Candlelight events and staff.
• Manage staff rosters, schedules, and communication with staffing agencies.
• Ensure staff are trained on duties including ticket validation, guest seating, and venue setup.
• Manage inventory, track supplies, and handle printing needs for events.
• Oversee guest lists and manage opening/closing remarks.
• Provide weekly status reports to Project Managers regarding event findings and feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portland, Maine and available for onsite work.
• 1+ years of experience in event management or a relevant degree.
• Experience leading an onsite team.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver’s license is strongly preferred for transporting event supplies.

• Knowledge of AV and PA systems.
