What you will do

• Represent the company on-site as the primary leader and problem solver during events.
• Manage event logistics including setup, check-in, and breakdown of event materials.
• Coordinate roles and responsibilities with nonprofit partners, venues, and corporate clients.
• Provide consistent updates, photos, and videos to the central Events Team.
• Handle on-site issues such as technology challenges, staffing gaps, or supply shortages.
• Pack and ship event materials back to the distribution center after events.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tampa, FL.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in managing complex, large-scale and executive-level events.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work on a contract per-event basis.
