What you will do

• Coordinate day-of event logistics, including site setup, tear down, and cleaning.
• Act as the primary onsite representative and problem solver for corporate partners and nonprofits.
• Manage the guest check-in process to ensure a warm and professional welcome.
• Provide consistent real-time updates, photos, and videos to the internal Events Team.
• Handle physical logistics, including unpacking and shipping materials back to the distribution center.

Requirements

• Must be based in Scottsdale, AZ
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills
• Experience executing both large-scale corporate events and intimate executive-level gatherings.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends on a contract per-event basis.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Resourcefulness and the ability to maintain grace under pressure in ambiguous situations.
