What you will do

• Coordinate in-person event logistics, including setup, tear-down, and site cleaning.
• Serve as the primary onsite representative and problem-solver for corporate and nonprofit partners.
• Manage the guest check-in process to provide a welcoming experience.
• Participate in virtual planning meetings to align on event details and staffing.
• Document event progress through consistent updates, photos, and videos for the internal team.
• Handle equipment logistics, including packing and shipping materials to the distribution center.

Requirements

• Must be based in Alpharetta, GA.
• Proven experience in executing both large-scale corporate events and intimate executive-level gatherings.
• Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, on a per-event contract basis.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong resourcefulness and the ability to solve problems quickly under pressure.
