What you will do

• Act as the primary onsite contact for Candlelight events and coordinate directly with the hirify.global Originals manager.
• Manage staff rosters, scheduling, and training for duties such as ticket validation and guest seating.
• Oversee event logistics, including transporting supplies via uHaul and tracking venue inventory.
• Manage guest lists and handle opening and closing remarks for events.
• Provide weekly reports to Project Managers regarding pre and post-event findings and feedback.
• Assist in evaluating and executing walk-throughs for potential new venues.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in event management or a relevant degree.
• Experience leading on-site teams and exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a pressured environment.
• Must be based in Manchester, New Hampshire.
• Valid Driver’s License is strongly preferred.
• Availability for a part-time schedule (up to 29 hours/week) for a 6-month contract.

• Knowledge of AV and PA systems.
