What you will do

  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, webinars, and customer-facing events from planning to execution.
  • Maintain demo areas and customer-facing spaces to ensure they are presentation-ready and professional.
  • Manage lead nurturing programs and post-event follow-up workflows within HubSpot.
  • Track inventory of event equipment, demo materials, and promotional assets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Assist with booth setup, breakdown, and on-site support at select trade shows and events.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in the Cincinnati area.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with event coordination, logistics, or marketing operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, for lead management and email campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform hands-on tasks including staging materials and basic equipment setup.
