What you will do

• Own end-to-end planning and execution for flagship programs including venue sourcing, agenda coordination, and on-site production.
• Manage group travel logistics, including air coordination, hotel room blocks, and ground transportation.
• Oversee event budgets with discipline, identifying efficiencies while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executives and internal stakeholders, managing expectations with professionalism.
• Partner with event agencies and DMCs to coordinate local operations and attendee experiences.
• Develop detailed project plans, run-of-show documents, and communication timelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in luxury hospitality or high-touch corporate environments.
• Proven experience managing group travel logistics and contracting with venues and DMCs.
• Strong organizational skills with obsessive attention to detail and budget management experience.
• Proficiency in event management platforms like Swoogo or Accelevents and project tools like Asana.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at events approximately 20% of the time.
