What you will do

• Drive cross-team coordination by triaging requests and ensuring priorities are maintained.
• Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects from scoping through to delivery.
• Apply a product builder lens to create requirements briefs, prototypes, and analytical frameworks.
• Prepare decision-making materials and structures for the executive team.
• Convert strategy sessions into clear ownership and actionable next steps.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product management or strategy and operations at a technology company.
• Fluent English and German (C1/C2) are required for both written and spoken communication.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects independently.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and work closely with senior leadership.
• Strong ownership mindset and high standards for execution.
• Must be based in Germany to facilitate remote or hybrid work.
