What you will do

• Take user problems from rough ideas to shipped products with minimal handoffs.
• Use AI tools as a force multiplier to compress research, synthesis, and spec-writing.
• Structure fuzzy problems and make trade-offs to identify what should be built.
• Work in small, focused teams to move user-centric metrics.
• Build prototypes, write SQL queries, and read API specs to accelerate delivery.
• Be accountable for outcomes rather than just following roadmaps.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• Proven track record of shipping products that real people use.
• Experience building AI prototypes or shipping AI-integrated workflows.
• AI-native mindset with proficiency in tools like Claude, Cursor, or Lovable.
• Ability to stretch across product, design, and engineering disciplines.
• Data fluency with experience in AB testing and metric-driven decision making.
