What you will do

• Design the tool onboarding for SquidWeb, including training materials, tutorials, and videos.
• Optimize internal processes and workflows.
• Plan and implement long-term product goals.
• Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement individual features.
• Involve and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Oversee and map quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• Experience in product development.
• Must be based in the Leipzig area (remote work from home).
• Fluency in English.
• Analytical approach, attention to detail, and strong sense of priorities.
• Confident self-organization and willingness to take ownership.

Nice to have

• Initial experience in project and team management.
• Knowledge of coding and SQL.
