What you will do

• Own and coordinate the full product lifecycle up to go-live.
• Define and implement customer needs and technical requirements to meet market demands.
• Manage backlog, coordinate deadlines, and remove obstacles for the design and development teams.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to optimize customer experience and identify new features.
• Monitor KPIs and product numbers to ensure commercial success and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work remotely from Germany
• Several years of experience as a technical product manager, product owner, or requirements engineer in agile environments.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with strong technical understanding and ability to translate business requirements.
• Business fluent in German and very good working knowledge of English.
• Experience in startups or agencies preferred, early-stage startup experience is a plus.
