hirify.global is a fast-growing European HR Tech startup that automates compliance and duty of care for business travel, workations, and international assignments.

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of the product vision, strategy, and implementation from idea to execution.
  • Conduct customer discovery to translate user needs into actionable product improvements and growth drivers.
  • Lead go-to-market alignment and orchestrate product launches in collaboration with sales and management.
  • Coordinate between business stakeholders, developers, UI/UX designers, and the founding team.
  • Leverage AI technologies to continuously enhance the product and streamline internal processes.
  • Strategically prioritize initiatives based on their impact on the business and customers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven product management experience in the tech industry.
  • Deep expertise in B2B SaaS and building scalable products for enterprise customers.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to use metrics to guide decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HRIS or travel tech products.
