What you will do
- Take full ownership of the product vision, strategy, and implementation from idea to execution.
- Conduct customer discovery to translate user needs into actionable product improvements and growth drivers.
- Lead go-to-market alignment and orchestrate product launches in collaboration with sales and management.
- Coordinate between business stakeholders, developers, UI/UX designers, and the founding team.
- Leverage AI technologies to continuously enhance the product and streamline internal processes.
- Strategically prioritize initiatives based on their impact on the business and customers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven product management experience in the tech industry.
- Deep expertise in B2B SaaS and building scalable products for enterprise customers.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to use metrics to guide decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with HRIS or travel tech products.
