What you will do

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for event staff and communicate status updates to project managers.
• Manage staff rosters, schedules, and training for ticket validation, guest seating, and venue setup.
• Oversee inventory, supply tracking, and printing needs for concert venues.
• Drive event supplies to and from venues using a uHaul.
• Manage guest lists and handle opening/closing remarks at events.
• Conduct weekly reporting on pre- and post-event findings and feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Burlington, Vermont for onsite event management.
• 1+ years of experience in event management or a relevant degree.
• Experience leading an onsite team and providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver’s license is strongly preferred for transporting event supplies.
• Access to a personal laptop for administrative tasks.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AV and PA systems.
