What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support the professional growth of a team of 9 engineers.
• Oversee technical design and architecture decisions for API gateways and Syslog services.
• Drive project delivery in collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
• Improve engineering practices, code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and system observability.
• Stay hands-on with coding, code reviews, and debugging to unblock the team.
• Support 3rd-level production operations and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brno, Czechia for hybrid collaboration.
• Proven experience leading a software engineering team.
• Solid professional experience with C# and .NET development.
• Experience designing and operating backend services and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, containerization, and production monitoring.
• English proficiency for daily cross-team communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure cloud services and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Familiarity with Jenkins and messaging systems (SIEM).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
