Software Team Lead (C#/.NET)

What you will do

• Lead a team of 9 software engineers through mentoring, evaluation, feedback, and professional growth.
• Support technical design and software architecture decisions.
• Drive delivery in collaboration with Product Owners and a Scrum Master.
• Improve code quality, engineering practices, CI/CD, and observability.
• Stay hands-on with coding, code reviews, debugging, and removing technical blockers.
• Support production operations and continuous improvement of API gateways, Syslog export services, and integration services.

Requirements

• Experience leading a software engineering team.
• Solid experience with C# and .NET development.
• Experience designing and operating backend services and APIs.
• Understanding of distributed systems and software architecture principles.
• Experience with CI/CD, containerized applications, and monitoring and troubleshooting production systems.
• English proficiency required for daily communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, AKS, Docker, or Jenkins.
• Experience with API gateways, integrations, messaging systems, or SIEM.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
