Senior Director, NGS Operations Excellence

Location: Prelouc, Czech Republic; travel to hirify.global locations up to 60% in Europe, with occasional global travel.

What you will do

• Develop the strategic roadmap for OPEX cultural transformation across operations.
• Partner with operations leadership to convert production teams and processes to a unified operating system.
• Design and coach tiered Daily Management, visual performance systems, and structured problem-solving practices.
• Define and track enterprise, function, regional, and site KPIs while coaching leaders on performance gaps.
• Lead process improvements, technology upgrades, best-practice deployments, and relevant AI applications.
• Build high-performing teams, strengthen OPEX skills, and share operational best practices across regions and sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar technical field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of OPEX or process-improvement experience, including 5 years coaching and leading shop-floor transformation teams.
• Deep knowledge of TPS-based operating systems and hands-on experience implementing Lean-OPEX tools.
• Experience directly managing manufacturing or supply chain functions in a complex manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Strong facilitation, communication, motivation, collaboration, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple countries and cultures.
