What you will do

• Serve as the main on-site point of contact for staff and hirify.global Originals managers.
• Coordinate staff rosters, schedules, and training for ticket validation and guest seating.
• Manage logistics, including transporting supplies via uHaul and tracking venue inventory.
• Handle guest lists and deliver opening/closing remarks at events.
• Provide weekly reporting on event status and feedback to Project Managers.
• Represent the hirify.global and Candlelight brands through professional customer service.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in event management or a relevant degree.
• Must be based in Buffalo, New York.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing on-site teams.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid Driver's License is strongly preferred.
• Use of personal laptop is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AV and PA systems.
