What you will do

• Manage hirify.global AutoStore realization projects from contract to final acceptance, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales during the project acquisition phase.
• Ensure smooth transitions across sales, implementation, and service phases.
• Build client relationships, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
• Optimize processes, negotiate solutions, and drive financial improvements.
• Contribute to developing tools, standards, and processes for project success.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in engineering; safety regulations knowledge preferred.
• Strong experience in site or project management of automation systems with a track record of successfully delivered projects.
• Proven ability to lead project teams, manage budgets, and achieve milestones.
• Fluent German and English and ability to work effectively in construction-like project environments.
• Competence using AutoCAD, MS Office, and similar tools for technical and project-related tasks.
• Willingness to travel across the DACH region.
