What you will do

• Support the full event management lifecycle of the hirify.global Fashion Show, from concept to execution.
• Coordinate guest management, including invitation processes, travel, and hotel arrangements for VIPs and creators.
• Plan and execute brand activations, partner integrations, and cross-functional production workflows.
• Manage operational processes, including scheduling, run-of-show planning, and timings.
• Act as a key interface between internal teams, external partners, and service providers.

Requirements

• Degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Initial practical experience in event, project, or production management.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills, resilience under pressure, and a hands-on mindset.
