What you will do

• Identify and acquire new international operating companies to expand the client database.
• Create and manage new business opportunities through various channels in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Onboard new clients and implement cross-selling strategies for existing accounts.
• Provide high-level customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team and report on progress to management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales or relationship management.
• Proven track record in B2B or client-facing environments.
• Experience selling FX or international payment solutions.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English.
• Strong understanding of the SME and Midcap sectors.
