What you will do

• Act as the primary office-based contact for inbound inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and emails.
• Deliver compelling service pitches and guide clients through the registration and account allocation process.
• Identify and execute currency trades for both one-off property payments and recurring daily transfer needs.
• Provide ongoing account support, resolve daily client queries, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Handle essential administrative duties to ensure the seamless operation of the La Zenia office.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales or customer service with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Fluency in both English and Polish is essential for conducting business and financial conversations.
• Confidence working with numbers, exchange rates, and financial figures in fast-paced markets.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously within a team culture.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage high volumes of client requests and administration.
• Must be based in or able to work from the La Zenia office in Spain.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish or other additional languages.
• Previous experience in FinTech, FX, PropTech, banking, or financial services.
• Familiarity with the Costa Blanca expatriate community and their financial needs.
