Salary: Gross starting from 2975 EUR + performance-based bonus

A Lithuania-based EMI delivering personalized, boutique payment experiences to B2B, B2C, and C2B clients.
What you will do
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Drive revenue growth and identify opportunities for client expansion.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, AML, and Compliance teams to tailor solutions.
- Monitor client performance and spot potential risks early.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Management.
- Background in iGaming, Fintech, or Affiliate industries.
- English: C1+ required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Location: Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Nice to have
- Experience managing enterprise-level clients.
- Specific knowledge of payments or fintech products.
- Additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Russian.
