What you will do

  • Define and execute the growth strategy across new business, existing accounts, and partnerships.
  • Drive new business revenue generation and consistently meet annual sales quotas.
  • Lead, coach, and hold accountable a cross-functional team including sales, pre-sales, and marketing.
  • Own forecasting, KPI reporting, and BD budget planning for executive and board visibility.
  • Shape company positioning and messaging in target markets including North America, UK, and Europe.
  • Lead the pre-sales process in collaboration with engineering and delivery leads.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise IT services sales at a senior level.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value, complex deals in the outsourcing industry.
  • Deep knowledge of IT outsourcing competitive dynamics and sales cycles.
  • Domain expertise in FinTech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, E-commerce, or Hospitality.
  • Fluency in English with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with international travel for strategic meetings and client visits.
