What you will do

• Define and execute the global sales strategy for the payment gateway product.
• Drive business development and revenue growth across multiple international regions.
• Identify and enter new markets to establish a strong regional presence.
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing international sales team.
• Set clear KPIs and ensure consistent team performance and accountability.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the payments industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
• Proven track record in selling payment solutions such as acquiring, issuing, or payment gateways.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and merchant needs.
• Experience driving expansion into new markets and regions.
• English: C1 proficiency required for international communication.
