What you will do

• Lead and develop the Regional Revenue Operations team supporting Digital Sales and GTM execution across EMEA and APAC.
• Partner with Regional Sales VPs as a strategic advisor for growth planning and commercial decision-making.
• Own forecasting accuracy, KPI governance, and performance reporting for the region.
• Deploy and govern incentive, commission, and compensation programs in coordination with HR and Finance.
• Optimize territory design, rules of engagement, and capacity planning to ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with Global RevOps and Systems teams to improve CRM and analytics infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Senior experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Proven track record of leading regional RevOps teams with direct people-management responsibility.
• Expertise in incentive compensation governance, forecasting, and commercial analytics.
• Fluency in CRM and revenue technology, specifically Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and Spiff.
