TL;DR

Director, Revenue Operations (SaaS): Architecting and operating an AI-powered revenue engine to drive predictable growth across global business units with an accent on data infrastructure, CRM governance, and GTM strategy. Focus on leading a global team, driving executive decision-making through actionable insights, and scaling operational excellence across the full revenue cycle.

Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote).

What you will do

  • Architect and deploy an AI-powered revenue engine, defining strategy and data infrastructure.
  • Drive global business monitoring, including pipeline health, ARR/ACV velocity, and forecasting.
  • Build operational excellence by managing Salesforce data quality, sales compensation, and territory frameworks.
  • Enable new GTM motions and product launches through agile pricing and tooling updates.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a global team of ~10 professionals.
  • Partner with executive leadership to translate commercial data into strategic narratives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in B2B SaaS.
  • Fluent in English and French (C2 level required).
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce data architecture, CRM hygiene, and API integrations.
  • Proven track record of leading internationally distributed teams through transformation.
  • Strong commercial acumen across both Enterprise and SMB motions.
  • Ability to influence executive decision-making with clear strategic narratives.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI tools and workflow automation platforms like Dust, Gong, Clay, or n8n.
