What you will do
- Architect and deploy an AI-powered revenue engine, defining strategy and data infrastructure.
- Drive global business monitoring, including pipeline health, ARR/ACV velocity, and forecasting.
- Build operational excellence by managing Salesforce data quality, sales compensation, and territory frameworks.
- Enable new GTM motions and product launches through agile pricing and tooling updates.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a global team of ~10 professionals.
- Partner with executive leadership to translate commercial data into strategic narratives.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in B2B SaaS.
- Fluent in English and French (C2 level required).
- Deep expertise in Salesforce data architecture, CRM hygiene, and API integrations.
- Proven track record of leading internationally distributed teams through transformation.
- Strong commercial acumen across both Enterprise and SMB motions.
- Ability to influence executive decision-making with clear strategic narratives.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools and workflow automation platforms like Dust, Gong, Clay, or n8n.
