TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Helping inbound leads understand the software solution, providing demos, and managing the sales pipeline from first touch to close with an accent on smashing quarterly sales targets in a high-volume environment. Focus on creating new email templates and understanding short-term rental hosts' needs.

Location: Remote globally, but preference for North American time zones (PT/ET). Hiring possible for contractors internationally, or as employees in the United States, the European Union, or Australia.

Salary: $69,262–$87,000 USD (base compensation)

What you will do

  • Help inbound leads understand the software solution via Google Meet, email, live chat, and phone.
  • Provide product demos, webinars, and onboarding sessions.
  • Become a client-facing product expert for an constantly innovating software.
  • Manage a sales pipeline from first touch to close using HubSpot.
  • Create and test new email templates and sequences to engage leads.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in B2B and B2C SaaS sales.
  • Native or Bilingual Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Must be able to work effectively within North American time zones (PT/ET).
  • Caring about the impact your work has on your team and company.
  • Ability to succeed in a flat organizational structure, taking initiative.
  • Comfortable telling a potential deal that the solution isn’t the best fit.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an Airbnb host or working with a short-term rental business.
  • Experience in a solution-based sales environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Intercom, Airbnb, STR, Vacation Rentals, or Startups.
