What you will do
- Help inbound leads understand the software solution via Google Meet, email, live chat, and phone.
- Provide product demos, webinars, and onboarding sessions.
- Become a client-facing product expert for an constantly innovating software.
- Manage a sales pipeline from first touch to close using HubSpot.
- Create and test new email templates and sequences to engage leads.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets in a high-volume environment.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in B2B and B2C SaaS sales.
- Native or Bilingual Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Must be able to work effectively within North American time zones (PT/ET).
- Caring about the impact your work has on your team and company.
- Ability to succeed in a flat organizational structure, taking initiative.
- Comfortable telling a potential deal that the solution isn’t the best fit.
Nice to have
- Experience as an Airbnb host or working with a short-term rental business.
- Experience in a solution-based sales environment.
- Experience with HubSpot, Intercom, Airbnb, STR, Vacation Rentals, or Startups.
