What you will do
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
- Optimize tool configurations and workflows to align with business processes.
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs for the global sales team.
- Build dashboards to track tool adoption and provide actionable ROI insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with IT and Marketing Ops to ensure seamless system integration.
- Manage vendor relationships and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, UK and able to work from the office at least three days a week.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM at an administration or power-user level.
- Experience with sales engagement platforms like Outreach or similar tools.
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis.
