Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 3 days a week.

What you will do

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
  • Optimize tool configurations and workflows to align with business processes.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs for the global sales team.
  • Build dashboards to track tool adoption and provide actionable ROI insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with IT and Marketing Ops to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Manage vendor relationships and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, UK and able to work from the office at least three days a week.
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales technology roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM at an administration or power-user level.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms like Outreach or similar tools.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis.
