What you will do

• Own the end-to-end systems and data architecture connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and the BI layer.
• Lead the transition of systems ownership into Business Operations and establish governance frameworks and roadmaps.
• Define and evolve the BI architecture to ensure clean and trusted data flows across Finance, GTM, and Product teams.
• Establish an AI governance framework to embed AI into forecasting, pipeline insights, and operational automation.
• Define and enforce master data management (MDM) and integration standards across the SaaS stack.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of systems and operations specialists.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership within B2B SaaS, with 3+ years leading a team.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, including designing the integration layer between them.
• Strong experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato strongly preferred) and modern BI tooling.
• Demonstrated ability to operate a closed-loop architecture (quote-to-cash, lead-to-revenue) in multi-currency environments.
• Hands-on experience within the last 12 months configuring systems, building automations, or designing data models.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom

Nice to have

• Experience in PE-backed, high-growth SaaS environments with tight financial controls.
• Familiarity with multi-stream revenue models and complex revenue recognition.
• Experience embedding AI/ML or agentic automation into operational workflows.
• NetSuite and/or Salesforce certifications.
