What you will do

• Support and improve regional forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with business targets.
• Analyze revenue and pipeline data to identify performance drivers, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Partner with GTM teams to optimize end-to-end revenue processes and improve funnel conversion.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking frameworks.
• Ensure data quality and governance within CRM and revenue systems.
• Contribute to regional and global RevOps initiatives to support scalability.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the full GTM lifecycle.
• Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
• Solid experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and compensation processes.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Paris, France office.
