TL;DR
Account Executive (SaaS): Driving international growth by identifying and converting new client relationships for gamified simulation training solutions with an accent on consultative selling and stakeholder engagement. Focus on building a robust sales pipeline, conducting high-level meetings with CxOs, and representing the company's value proposition in the US market.
Location: Must be based in Boston, MA (Hybrid: in-office twice weekly near North Station/TD Garden).

What you will do
- Generate sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
- Manage consultative sales conversations to address specific customer needs and pain points.
- Apply the Way of Selling to effectively communicate the unique value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the entire buyer journey.
- Collaborate with commercial and account teams to support customer success and expansion.
Requirements
- Must be based in Boston, MA or able to work from the local office.
- 3–5 years of professional experience with 1–3 years in SaaS sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage CxO and director-level prospects.
- Proactive, organized, and coachable approach to sales.
- Interest in consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
