What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of IT Technicians responsible for data sanitization, device testing, grading, and repairs.
• Monitor team performance using operational metrics such as productivity, quality, turnaround time, and rework rates.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all technical processing activities.
• Collaborate with Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory teams to ensure efficient movement of assets through the facility.
• Troubleshoot complex device issues and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Ensure strict compliance with data security, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading teams in technical operations, IT asset disposition (ITAD), or electronics refurbishment.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with device diagnostics, data wiping, grading, and hardware repair.
• Strong understanding of data sanitization processes and industry best practices.
• Experience managing productivity and operational KPIs.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Brooklyn, New York.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with inventory management systems, ERP, or WMS platforms.
• Knowledge of electronics lifecycle management or related industries.
