Location: Must be based in Tampa, FL. Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold or be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
Salary: $18.56 - $39.53 hourly.

What you will do
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound support calls and tickets.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate technical solutions using established scripts and guides.
- Administer Active Directory accounts and monitor workflows to ensure SLA compliance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for support processes.
- Utilize remote support tools to troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
- Provide rotational on-call support as part of the team.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must hold or be able to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, and macOS environments.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow established procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
