What you will do

  • Design and articulate hirify.global Score solution configurations aligned with client needs and regulatory contexts.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and value-based discussions with executive stakeholders.
  • Translate analytics and model performance into clear business and ROI narratives for technical and executive audiences.
  • Support presales activities for new logos, expansions, and renewals, including RFx responses and proposals.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Success to ensure a seamless transition from presales to post-sale execution.
  • Capture client feedback and pre-sales insights to inform product roadmaps and enablement teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in credit risk and analytics specifically within auto finance.
  • Strong experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, and analytics.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel 25% based on client needs and industry events.
