Account Manager (SaaS)

TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of customers in the DACH region to maximize value from sustainability rating solutions with an accent on relationship building and strategic account planning. Focus on driving customer satisfaction, facilitating renewals, and partnering with internal teams to solve complex client challenges.

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 8 days/month in office)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of up to 30 customers to ensure high satisfaction and engagement.
• Act as the main point of contact, providing proactive project management and support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Account Plans for all assigned customers.
• Partner with the Sales team to secure contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams to resolve challenges and find solutions.
• Provide feedback to product management to contribute to continuous solution improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or consulting.
• Fluency in English and German is a must.
• Strong data analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and project management software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of procurement systems and SaaS workflows.
• Fluency in Polish.
• Background in supply chain or sustainability.
