Location: Must be based in Poland (Remote).

What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas through strategic territory management.
  • Lead virtual teams including presales, partner managers, and customer success to secure wins.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from discovery and qualification to RFP responses and closing.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to identify uplift opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to drive pipeline growth.
  • Communicate complex value propositions to stakeholders ranging from business leaders to technical decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Poland.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, ideally within the software or security space.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and act as a quarterback for sales opportunities.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales forecasting hygiene.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for business purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills for discovery calls and executive-level presentations.
