What you will do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in Poland and Romania.
- Identify and prioritize key mid-market and enterprise accounts within the territory.
- Manage the full sales pipeline for Observability (on-prem and SaaS) and database products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct outbound prospecting, lead generation, and consultative sales calls.
- Collaborate with sales engineering for product demonstrations and close sales.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland
- Mandatory: Polish language proficiency
- Minimum 5 years of experience working at a software vendor.
- Proven track record in IT or software solutions sales, meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong understanding of Observability, network management, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools and Meddic/Meddpicc methodology.
