What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in Poland and Romania.
  • Identify and prioritize key mid-market and enterprise accounts within the territory.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline for Observability (on-prem and SaaS) and database products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting, lead generation, and consultative sales calls.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering for product demonstrations and close sales.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Poland
  • Mandatory: Polish language proficiency
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working at a software vendor.
  • Proven track record in IT or software solutions sales, meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong understanding of Observability, network management, and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools and Meddic/Meddpicc methodology.
