TL;DR

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland)

Salary: PLN 10,800–14,500 gross/month OTE

What you will do

  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities across the customer base and qualified prospects.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Qualify customer needs and schedule meetings for Account Managers.
  • Create personalized customer outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline data in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to accelerate pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development or B2B SaaS roles.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven track record of prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.
  • Commercially driven mindset with a focus on achieving performance metrics.
