Location: Remote or Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland)
Salary: PLN 10,800–14,500 gross/month OTE

What you will do
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities across the customer base and qualified prospects.
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Qualify customer needs and schedule meetings for Account Managers.
- Create personalized customer outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to accelerate pipeline growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development or B2B SaaS roles.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven track record of prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Commercially driven mindset with a focus on achieving performance metrics.
