TL;DR

Bullhorn Data & Support Coordinator (Recruitment CRM): Supporting the Bullhorn platform for recruiters and commercial teams with an accent on data quality, user administration, and operational efficiency. Focus on troubleshooting system issues, performing data cleansing, and streamlining the onboarding process for new users.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in London, United Kingdom; 4 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for Bullhorn queries, providing troubleshooting and guidance to users.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, access requests, and maintain training materials.
  • Perform data cleansing, deduplication, and ensure high standards of data quality across records.
  • Support GDPR compliance, including record retention, archiving, and Right to Erasure requests.
  • Coordinate IT onboarding/offboarding, including the configuration of laptops and end-user devices.
  • Produce standard reports and dashboards for stakeholders to monitor system efficiency.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Bullhorn or a similar CRM/ATS business system.
  • Experience supporting users within a systems, operations, or technology support environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work from the London office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience within a recruitment or staffing environment.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data management best practices.
  • Strong Excel or data analysis skills.
