What you will do

• Own Tier-1 IT support across the global helpdesk, managing tickets, SLAs, and escalation paths.
• Execute end-to-end new-hire provisioning and offboarding logistics.
• Analyze recurring Tier 1 issues to identify and funnel root causes to Tier 2.
• Provide global 24/7 coverage anchored in London, including off-hours support and incident escalation.
• Perform day-to-day macOS endpoint administration and operate access provisioning toolkits.

Requirements

• Must be based in London for on-site work.
• 3+ years of experience in helpdesk or IT support.
• Hands-on experience with macOS administration at scale (MDM, configuration profiles, security baselines).
• Knowledge of Windows administration fundamentals (Entra-joined endpoints, Intune, Group Policy).
• Understanding of identity and access fundamentals, including access reviews and zero-trust patterns.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot to the root cause and remain calm under pressure during outages.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta, Lumos, 1Password, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and CrowdStrike.
• Experience with Neat video conferencing, Tailscale, Zoom, Meraki, and Verkada.
