What you will do

• Provide expert technical support and GIS consultancy to a range of customers.
• Administer customer databases on-site and in the cloud, managing backups, monitoring, and data recovery.
• Create technical documentation and deliver training courses both online and on-premises.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex technical enquiries and enhance service delivery.
• Perform site visits for installation, configuration, and consultancy tasks.
• Contribute to data analysis and scenario modelling for emergency services clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Geospatial or a related discipline with relevant work experience.
• Experience in technical customer support across multiple products within a Service Desk environment.
• Strong knowledge of relational database management systems such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Experience in analytical and statistical data modelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be based in the UK to facilitate required travel to sites and customers
