What you will do

• Drive technical integration across hardware, software, payload, and embedded teams to ensure seamless alignment.
• Map, track, and resolve technical dependencies and critical interfaces to prevent bottlenecks.
• Translate complex technical requirements between different engineering silos and business stakeholders.
• Manage complex technical projects from conception to execution, utilizing V-model development processes.
• Act as a strategic and operational counterpart to drive rapid execution on the ground.

Requirements

• Strong background in Engineering, Technical Project/Program Management, or a related deep-tech field.
• Proven track record in complex technical programs, ideally within defence, aviation, or embedded systems.
• Ability to introduce structure and agile/V-model processes into fast-moving environments.
• Full professional fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
• Location: Must be based in Munich.

Nice to have

• Experience in deep-tech startups or rapid-growth environments.
• Advanced knowledge of verification and validation (V&V) frameworks in safety-critical industries.
