What you will do

• Lead the EMEA services strategy, overseeing programs in consulting, incident response, risk advisory, and training.
• Execute GTM initiatives in collaboration with sales and sales engineering to increase demand and provide pre-sales support.
• Provide delivery oversight by aligning resources and improving operational efficiency and service quality across the region.
• Represent the business in executive briefings, client meetings, and thought leadership activities.
• Develop management frameworks and best practices to ensure scalability, consistency, and practice growth.
• Act as a senior sponsor for key engagements, building trusted relationships with client executives and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience managing large-scale cybersecurity programs, with strong expertise in risk management.
• Proven success in a senior leadership role within the cybersecurity industry.
• Experience engaging and influencing CxO-level audiences on cybersecurity and resilience topics.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity within regulated environments and compliance obligations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams within a matrix organizational structure.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP or CISM.
