What you will do

• Drive strategic and operational initiatives impacting the customer base and customer-facing teams.
• Develop and lead measurable strategies designed to drive revenue growth and improve customer interactions.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams to ensure high-quality execution of key business initiatives.
• Manage high-impact special projects across various functions and departments.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of strategy and analytics professionals to hunt for growth insights.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in strategy, finance, investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
• Expertise in recurring revenue business models is a must-have.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Deep familiarity with financial analytics to apply a financial lens to strategic decision-making.
• Proven experience leading teams and working collaboratively across functions.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Familiarity with B2B software.
• MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field.
