What you will do

• Develop outbound client pipelines and efficiently manage inbound partnership requests.
• Craft tailored proposals and high-impact pitches for financial institutions using a consultative mindset.
• Lead clients through technical onboarding and review technical responses to ensure seamless communication.
• Collect and share customer insights with internal teams to drive product optimization.
• Utilize a 'test and learn' methodology to constantly optimize acquisition and engagement strategies.
• Build overall brand recognition and trust with customers and partners across the designated region.

Requirements

• Native or professional fluency in Turkish and English.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience dealing with financial institutions, fintech, or SaaS.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Slack, and collaboration tools.
• Must be based within Turkey.
