What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle sales of qualified SMB leads (11-200 employees) from contract generation to closing.
  • Perform prospecting activities via emails, calls, and LinkedIn to set up discovery and product demonstrations.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify business needs and demonstrate how the product provides a solution.
  • Negotiate and close deals using value-based sales approaches and techniques.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline and accurately forecast activities and engagement using a CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management to ensure a smooth customer journey and handoff.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of on-quota direct B2B sales experience selling software applications or solutions.
  • Proven experience handling SMB and Mid-Market deal sizes.
  • Experience managing a multi-touch sales cycle and multi-threaded decision-making.
  • Ability to accurately track and forecast a pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SFDC, SalesLoft, Gong, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn SalesNav.
  • Proficiency in SPICED or SPIN sales methodologies.
  • Previous experience in SDR or BDR roles (prospecting and qualifying leads).
  • Experience in on-demand/SaaS, CRM, SFA, or marketing software sales.
