What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of conversion, volume, and time-bound metrics across the full customer lifecycle.
• Identify friction points and acceleration opportunities in acquisition, expansion, and retention through quantitative analysis.
• Build forecasting models for pipeline health, churn risk, expansion signals, and capacity planning.
• Synthesize cross-functional GTM data to understand conversion drivers and performance variations.
• Provide analytical support to the Head of Revenue Operations and CRO through executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with the CEO on ad hoc analyses to define strategic direction and investment areas.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a commercial analyst role with a deep understanding of SaaS revenue models.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools to manage and present data pipelines.
• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to automate reporting or solve analytical problems.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model based in London, UK.
