What you will do

  • Facilitate the recruitment process by performing phone screenings and documenting candidate responses.
  • Coordinate complex interview schedules for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
  • Execute the offer process, including the creation, routing, and presentation of offer letters.
  • Oversee candidate background, medical, and reference checking processes.
  • Coordinate key aspects of the employee onboarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Manage role postings across ATS and various candidate generation channels.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Hungary.
  • English: Fluent (C1) required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a business or office environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize a high volume of administrative tasks.

Nice to have

  • hirify.global TalentCloud ACE certification.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Talent Administrator or Coordinator.
  • Previous experience in customer service or general administration.
