What you will do

• Maintain candidate data in the database and ensure strict GDPR compliance and data protection.
• Manage the Internal Referral Program and coordinate referrals from recruitment agencies.
• Execute the vacancy opening process using internal systems.
• Publish and oversee job advertisements on the corporate career site and external job boards.
• Monitor advertisement validity and optimize the utilization of job slots.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or recruitment position.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Advanced user of PC tools, specifically MS Office and Google Docs.
• Self-driven, proactive approach with a passion for analytics and people.
