• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates based on established criteria.
• Present job offers to successful candidates, detailing terms, remuneration, and benefits.
• Develop and document HR procedures, workflows, and onboarding processes.
• Organize online and offline team gatherings to foster engagement and company culture.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role.
• Proven background in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Experience in performance coaching.
• English: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
