What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across EMEA.
- Proactively source candidates to build talent pipelines for technology and business divisions.
- Ensure quality and compliance of the recruitment process while promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Gather market insights to advise hiring managers and HR teams on talent acquisition strategies.
- Lead recruitment agency processes and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced global technology or software company.
- Experience recruiting for AI, digital technology, financial services, or business analytics roles.
- Strong customer-facing skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships.
- Fluent in English.
- Adaptability and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday.
- Experience with recruitment CRM tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools for recruitment.
