Location: Must be based in or able to work from Cluj-Napoca, Romania (Hybrid role with onsite requirements).

What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across EMEA.
  • Proactively source candidates to build talent pipelines for technology and business divisions.
  • Ensure quality and compliance of the recruitment process while promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Gather market insights to advise hiring managers and HR teams on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Lead recruitment agency processes and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
  • Relevant experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced global technology or software company.
  • Experience recruiting for AI, digital technology, financial services, or business analytics roles.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Adaptability and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday.
  • Experience with recruitment CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for recruitment.
